Meet José at Orígenes Restaurante Bar in Cartagena’s Old Town for six contrasting Colombian rum tastings, a cheese and ham board, and live jazz, blues, salsa, bolero, and folklore. The five-piece band matches each rum with a custom song, and you may join in with an instrument.
